Anxiety is an emotion everyone feels in one way or another in a variety of degrees. Sometimes anxiety can be set off by big real world events that bring on uneasy and negative emotions stemming from previous bad experiences.

Other times it can be triggered by the smallest everyday thing that leaves you feeling uncertain and makes you worry about the outcome. Here are some examples of some small things that set off people's anxiety every time they happen.
These examples are so universal and relatable that you are guaranteed to be able to empathise with at least of of these.

“When I pay at a gas station with cash and there are 10 people behind me and I can’t put my money in my wallet fast enough while trying to take my items and move.”
“My husband coming home in the middle of the day. It usually means he lost his job.”
