No matter where you live in the world, people who drive have struggled to find a parking spot at one point in time or another. Trying to find a parking spot can become so competitive that other drivers can seem like the enemy as if finding a parking spot is a game.

One Twitter user filmed various videos of two cars (one black and the other silver) across the road at a standoff as they both try to get the same parking spot. This thread of tweets go from being a simple tweet about getting a parking spot to being the best unintentional viewing experience of 2019.
An explanation of the situation.
Twitter user Chicken Tikka Mariah (or Mariah) posted to her account when two cars across the road from her were in a standoff to get one specific parking space.
The standoff continues.
Mariah's following kept following the events as time passed and neither car showed signs of moving.

Mariah then asked her following which car they were hoping got the spot. this seemingly split the following into two teams, team black and team silver.
